I’m going through this right now!
I’m dealing with a lack of motivation right now, and I’m sharing what I’m doing to work through it. I don’t subscribe to the idea that I just need to keep showing up. Instead, I discuss five things I try when I’m not motivated. I’ve listed them below, but you really need to listen to the episode because I explain them in more detail.
1. I turn off the motivational speakers.
2. I listen to what my mind and body are telling me.
3. I change it up.
4. I do nothing.
5. I set a deadline.
